Finished product iced with Rich n Smooth™ can be stored in refrigeration or ambient conditions (below 25°C) up to 5 days
Thaw product completely under refrigeration(overnight) -Shake well then pour into a chilled bowl.
Liquid should not exceed more than 25% of mixing bowl. -Using wire whip or whisk on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Always keep liquid and whipped product refrigerated -If overwhipping occurs add more liquid and re whip in low speed until smooth.
Do not refreeze unwhipped product (Thawed).
Unused whipped product can be kept in the freezer up to 3 months in closed container, whenever needed thaw in refrigerator.
