Featuring non-slip handles, an extra-wide thumb rest and the distinctive F.Dick fingerguard design. The blades are crafted from specially temperered high carbon steel offering a very sharp, easy to sharpen knife with superior edge retention. Dishwasher safe, the handle is sealed around the blade for easy cleaning to stop bacteria and residue build up.
